Clement is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence - American Society for Quality, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expert and has been a Technical Manager and Engineer for 12+ years. Clement sets the strategic direction, promotes Sigma Progressive's values while leading our Technical Management function. When it comes to numbers, Clement has worked with several Fortune 500 companies in USMCA, Europe, Middle East and Africa successfully navigate both small to large-scale transformations, implement product and process improvement and adopt to lean.
In addition to being an active member of American Society for Quality and The Association of Manufacturing Excellence, he holds Master of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees.
